About/Contact

I am Nada, a Syrian-born artist currently living and working in Stockholm. I graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Damascus 2009, with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, specialized in mural painting.

For me, art is cathartic and therapeutic. By making art, I try to make sense of the world and seek solace from the unending complications we humans have created. The need to express an emotion or an idea is the main reason why I make art.
